Refund policy

We hope you're delighted with your purchase. If for any reason it isn't quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Please note that we're unable to accept returns for:

• Bespoke or made-to-order items
• Personalised products
• Items returned in a worn, damaged, or altered condition

Once we receive and inspect your return, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery — we'll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To start a return, email us at hello@robertappiahofficial.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide the return address and any further instructions. We're always happy to help and will aim to make the process as smooth as possible.
