Return Conditions & Guidelines

We accept return requests within 14 days from the date your package was delivered. To ensure eligibility for a refund or exchange, please ensure your return meets the following strict luxury criteria:

  • Condition: Garments must be completely unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • Packaging: All items must be returned in their original premium packaging, including all protective materials, dust bags, and garment boxes.

  • Tags: The original Robert Appiah brand tags and security loops must remain fully intact and attached to the clothing.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or show any signs of wear.

The Return Process

To maintain an organized and secure transit pipeline, we do not accept unexpected shipments sent directly to our corporate offices. Please follow these steps to return an item:

  1. Submit a Request: Navigate to our Contact page and fill out the inquiry form. Include your full name, order number, and the specific item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Receive Authorization: Our customer care team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. Ship Your Item: Once approved, we will send you our official return shipping address details along with processing instructions.

Please note: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping labels. We strongly advise utilizing a tracked and insured shipping service, as the House of Robert Appiah cannot be held accountable for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return arrives at our designated facility, it will undergo a thorough quality control inspection.

  • Upon approval, your refund will be processed immediately back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your statement, depending on your banking institution's processing times.

  • Original shipping fees (such as the £19.99 international flat rate) are non-refundable.
